The Medical Research Council (MRC), in partnership with the Institute of Safety in Technology and Research (ISTR), and with the support of Public Health England (PHE) and the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl), are hosting a one-day symposium (September 24th) in Cambridge to consider the issues when designing and using laboratory facilities in low-resource settings, namely the developing world.
